Aviform - anyone used them before?

what are your experiences of Aviform, good or bad?
I ordered something from them on the 30th July and it has not arrived yet

slow delivery and TBH, didnt work for my yard.

I would chase them up if I were you. I have used them x2 now & both times goods arrived within 48 hours.

I know they were at Hickstead Last week so maybe thats why theres been a delay only had good dealings with them.

I sent them a polite email yesterday just asking when they think the item will arrive but haven't heard back.
Good to know they have a good reputation though.

I've used them a lot. Only one order didn't turn up within a couple of days, so I sent them an e-mail and they sent me an apologetic one back and then sent the goods first class. They are usually excellent to deal with.

Did they take long to reply to your e-mail? I emailed them on tuesday (10th) and haven't heard anything back
