wash bay with warm water :)
Lots of grazing, concrete walkways
large haybarn, where mice can't get in!
All weather gallops, lots of hacking and a xc jumps
horsewalker :)
lunging pen
heated tackroom

Firebird/camaro and mustangs are Pony cars/sports cars .. muscle cars are a mid size 2 door sedan/coupe with a big block engine :D I had a 89 firebird GTA good car and before you ask no sorry I dont look like the Hoff!!!:D

what i would have is an indoor xc course so i can go there anytime i want, whatever the weather! It would be HUGE though, something like the 'tropical island' tent thing in berlin :D It is an area of 710,000 sq feet, measures 1,181 ft long, 689 ft wide and 351 ft high, but i wouldn't need it that high :D It would have grass and trees and bushes and water complexes and be generally like the outside just inside! Of course i'd have watering systems and people to come and mow the grass and get rid of the weeds if there would be any :)

Some kind of automated,remote control turnout&bring in system-there'd be a central channel to all fields,with gates to each paddock down either side of the channel&you can just pop them in the channel at the top (undercover in the American barn,obviously) and they walk/trot off until they reach an open gate(done with the remote) and go in that field,then shut gate with remote. If any proved to not 'get' the concept of go til you find an open gate,there'd have to be a walker type barrier behind them. Re:muck out,a coal chute type hole(with a horse-proof door on) in every stable-poo/dirty bedding dropped in it and then it gets (silently!) whooshed/sucked away (to a muck heap) like in the bank when they pop money in a capsule and it gets sucked/whisked away somewhere else. And a system whereby there's several holes in the base of one wall of the stables,under the rubber matting. Press a switch and for 5mins each day,water & diluted green gloop jets out and washes out the underside of the matting into a central,underground drain. No smells and never need to lift the mats&clean the floor underneath. Some sort of computerised
feed machine that has each horse's menu programmed in and delivers it perfectly mixed etc into stable manger. (Little jet in manger too,to clean it out!) Hmmm. Daydreaming whilst mucking out...much?!?
