Avon So Soft...

Hi,

Can someone tell me which of the Avon So Soft range people use for their horses? My vet has recommended I get some for my chap but looking on their website, there are lots that say "So soft". Sorry if I'm being a bit thick!

Skin So Soft Oil.
Needs to be the green one NOT the pink one.
If you are using it for something like sweet itch I would say coopers would be a better bet

He's very allergic to flies etc and is allergic to mites in the hay so vet thought it might be worth a try. Thanks for the replies!

It's the Avon Sin So Soft bath oil. I have lots for keeping feathers sparkling and for making my own fly spray (recipe in Veterinary). It's used by the Army for fly protection, apparently very effective.

I found that out this year, now using the bath oil, diluted in a spray bottle.

is it still effective? we used to use it on the dogs when on the moors but they changed the formula a couple of years ago and it wasn't doing the job.

It's the ORIGINAL Skin So Soft Bath Oil. I've been using it for years and store it in my unheated tack room. It's never congealed.
