Avon/Soms/Wilts Farriers

Can I have recommendations please for well qualified farriers likely to travel to an area west of Bath and south of Bristol. Must be experienced in trimming and shoeing to a remedial level.

Please PM me as I dont want this to deteriorate into a farrier slagging!

Oh and no barefoot/podiatry please, just 'mainstream'!

I use Ian Archer. I know the vets often use him so he can't be too bad! He said the other day that there are LOADS of farriers in the area.

Thanks MissC and thanks to everyone who has PMd. Ive got a list of 4 now that have been recommended by a few of you and one in particular that I will be calling first if the present situation doesnt resolve.

Thoroughly recommend Asa Luxton, I used her before I moved down to Devon and she was fab. I had one horse barefoot and one with Epona shoes and she did a great job.
