Avon which one?

Ive been sifting through previous threads but still unsure is it the dry oil body spray or the soft and fresh bath oil I need for fly repellant?

Its the bath oil (pale green coloured)

Oh, I use the dry oil spray (usually on offer at £2.50 a bottle, or £4 for two, something like that) I put it in my home made fly repellent for everry day use, and apply it neat on any bites or scurfy bits x

lol so im guessing either?

Does it work on its own or does it have to go in with other ingredients?

I just use it neat but if it isn't having much effect you can mix with combination of tea tree oil or citronella or add it to some of the home made recipes above ^^^
