Awards for the best customer service then?

INGATESTONE!!!! I bought a Albion double bridle last August for my horse (££££) then bought a new horse so after 2 months they exchanged it for a x-full (hadn't been tried on!) then the horse went back as had navicular, so it has been in the bag ever since. I then tried it over the ears of a friends horse a couple of weeks ago and it was wrong so called them and sent it back and they gave me a full refund - after 9 months!!! They are brilliant and so helpful!

I've had quite a few good experiences that would make me recommend some places

KM Elite sent someone to their warehouse to look at fly veils for me so they could describe it and then it was posted immediately

Also dealing directly with Equilibrium ref TriZone brushing boots- their lady agreed to take some back directly even though I had used them and replaced them no quibbles

Premier Equine. I ordered a bunch of rugs in the sale last year, and two days later one of the horse died. They changed the rug no prob for a different size, and no postage costs.

This year, my 1 year old winter buster suddenly started leaking, and although they couldn;t replace it because of its age they let me have a brand new one at a bargain price even though their sale was over.

Also Equestrian Clearance and Rideaway. Both good too.

Another vote for Premier Equine, boys loving their new wellfitting 70gram rugs in this weather, Eileen Douglas for bargain web prices/ post rates(tackshop.com), Dodson & Horrell for the best feeding advice for my laminitic hunting cob, Equestrian Clearance for finding me a combination breastplate that fitted our big boy, Catlips in Chorleywood, Herts (01923 282213) for the best advice and IMO best secondhand selection of EVERYTHING i have ever seen.

TDS Saddlers - fantastically quick and efficient service when I ordered super flyspray from them and it arrived the following day! Gold star!
Edited to say I forgot Bailey's feed line, who have been brilliant on the couple of occasions that I've rung them

Dosthill Saddlery for fitting as George is so fenickety about fit.

There are no tack shops or online places that I would recommend as I have had at best indifferent service off any of them. Unfortunately like in most British shops, surly, unhelpful staff who know little about their stock seem to be norm nowadays.

For face to face has to be Wroxham saddlery, the girls that work there are fantastic, friendly and always happy to help

And for personalised goods Nordikota I ordered a hoody for badminton on sunday morning by sunday evening they had me a motif designed to my specification and it was printed and in the post on monday morning special delievery just so I could have it to take with me tomorrow and they covered all the extra cost and excellent service

Old Dairy Saddlery

Speedgate

Equestrian Clearance

Rideaway

all the above have been very good, prices and delivery, so much so that I keep going back - damn them !
