Well done to all at Worried HQ! So glad that all your hard work (and sometimes despair!) has paid off for all of you in such a fantastic way. Hope you have more to come!
Excuse me, but I am a bit puzzled. What was wrong with my short statement?
I enjoyed the report here and try to grab and read every report I can find about the competitions at Hartpury on the internet as I sit here in good old Germany and am not able to watch for myself. And whilst reading this report I only corrected a breed.
There was no other intention from my side.
Then enjoy the report for what it was or do your own and put your "correction" in your own report...
Maybe it's the Internet.. makes it difficult to interpret how things are meant to come across but iand I wasn't the only one who thought it didn't come across well.
Hands up I got the breed wrong but I was being complimentary about him so not sure why you felt the need to correct me in such a way...
@Worried1: There is no reason to be miffed and there is also no reason to get unfriendly. I might not be the greatest writer. Please forgive me that English is not my mother tongue...
On the other hand this is a horse forum - I do not see, why it causes any bad feelings, when a breed is corrected in a comment.
Anyhow, I stated clearly there was no other intention from my side. I personally see no further point in discussing this.
I'm not ashamed to say I was a bit teary reading that!! Have followed Arthurs' ups and downs when you post reports so its lovely to hear of the Hartpury success.
What a lovely report. He is an incredibly pretty looking horse. Well done for persevering with him, he is rewarding YOU now.
Also lovely that you are a great support to Mr W. I am also slightly jealous of you having a horsey husband that likes dressage- where can I find one?!
Actually felt a bit choked up reading your last sentances about Mr W - you obv work so hard as a team and you really deserved this!! His old owner will be smiling down on you all - MASSIVE well done!!!
