I know it happens as i have seen it with my own eyes but it still saddens me to see "babies" being worked/thrashed around. Just been on Dragon driving and half way the first page is a 17 month old being trotted round in a cart. I bought my trotter who is the same age from our local Travelling community and i am thankful everyday that i have him he wont ever ever be put through this !!
