Awwwwwwwwwwwww

If she put the price up then she might not get as much interest given the current market. Just a thought.
At 25, if someone was looking at him as a companion/light hack they might not want to spend any more than the 300/400 mark. I know I wouldn't.

Again, knowing where they've gone is unfortunately part of the selling process. You can get someone guaranteeing a home for life, show you a legit yard, give you references etc, then you could see them up on horsemart a week later :/

I think the price is fair, the horse is nice, now all we can do is hope he wont end up in a bad situation or someone on here buys him.

Exactly , nobody else said any different... owner may well be here reading it anyhow;)

FFS the majority weren't holier than tho, was just suggested she sell it for a bit more rather than some hard faced person send him for meat! You wind your neck you you nasty piece of work, everyone here has said how sweet, wonder what his future will be!! HARD FACED OR WHAT!

thanks Dumpling, I always enjoy a chuckle! I'm anything but 'hard faced' or 'nasty', I'm realistic :)

Just bumping this.

I haven't got any land of my own but I can spare a few quid and the use of my 4x4 to collect/deliver?

Can we not pull off another HHO coup?

It is never nice to see an older horse be sold on, but we are all quick to jump and say they should not be doing this, you do not know this women situation, this is a very nice horse quite the gentlemen, please do not judge this lady, she does do well by her horses, partly knowing her situation I would fully understand her reasons for finding him a new home.

Hey bugbee, is there any way we can help her keep him?

I have contacted an animal sanctuary local to me and offered to help with costs but haven't heard back.
