Ayr8. Piping / no piping ?? Help

I've got a real 1st world dilemma here. I'm being treated to a new hat and after about 2 hrs in the shop yesterday, have decided on the navy leather look, blue mesh with silver under, with pink suede and silver sparkly piping. But before I actually commit, I'm having such doubts. It's too expensive to get it wrong. I actually love the ayr8 with no piping (less is more theory) but would love to customise it to make it unique. I'm actually quite a plain Jane so slightly nervous about jazzy things tho do like a subtle bit of bling. Anyone else got the customised ayr8? What if I go off the colours later on? Is plainer smarter? Any suggestions with my rather frivolous dilemma?

I think it would look very smart/nicer without the pink, but thats just me. I like the blue piping

The pink suede piping is very pale and subtle. You can't really tell its pink till you're close up. It's so pretty. I was totally sold on it but now nervous to commit. Can't really take it back if I don't like it :-o. And I used to think choosing a skull cap silk was difficult (???)

If you want piping, but aren't quite ready to go all out with the pink, why not get royal blue and silver piping?
