Does anyone know of any B&Bs within about 20mins drive in Talland. friend tried emailing talland ages ago and no reply and nothing from one on their site. Need somewhere in late May and so far struggling to find anything under £50 a night per person! There is 3 of us and pref want three rooms so any ideas please as I really do object to paying £50 after staying in a plush london hotel last night in a double room for £60 (at works expense

) when all we want is a B&B!!!

So yes any recommendations please post or pm me details.

Thankies

Katie

Edit to say it will be for one night midweek the night before mine (and friends) A test if that makes a difference!

I only know of a self catering type place, but it is literally 5mins from talland (stayed there a couple of years ago)

Not sure whether they do 3 day things though and what costs, but if you dont mind self catering, I can give you the email addy

Sod the B&B's - there's a great Travellodge less than 5 mins away! Search for Cirencester

Also Talland do their own accomodation which might be worth asking about

don't want to travel more than 20mins. We will be at Huntley for the week before (cramming sessions

) and wanted somewhere closer as it will be long day with early start. It will be my second attempt and first time I drove up 2ish hours on day of exam in the morning and by the end I was shattered!

Found a few for £20-35 a night so will be doing some ringing tomorrow

You could try a search for Cirencester on www.laterooms.com but you may find the single room request bumps the price up . Well worth a look - we found some lovely hotels in Ireland at a very good price using this site.
