Went to go out for a nice quiet hack by myself for a change and one of Pickle's hind shoes was hanging on by one nail & really bent. In fact, it was only the mud that was keeping it on at all. So that's that until I can get farrier out. Just left message on his answer phone so have to wait now. Not much holiday left to last me to December either, could do without having to use a half day for one shoe.
