Really in need of some advice please
!!!
Ive recently purchased a 9 year old horse who has a B.W.P-C.S.B passport.
Along with this passport, he came with an FEI Recognition Card.
Having never encountered either this type of passport or the FEI Recognition Card before, Im unsure as to what I send off (and to who) to register myself as the new owner.
The last person listed in his passport is not the person I purchased the horse from (in fact the listed person lives/lived in Belgium and appears to have sold him some time ago).
On the FEI Recognition Card it states on the front Valid 12.04.2010 - which I take to mean as valid until this date (given that we arent in the 4th or 12th month yet). But please someone correct me if Im wrong on this.
Can anyone please advise what I send off, how I do it and to whom I send it?
