Though, to be fair to him it wasn't entirely his fault. I was leading him from his stable to the arena for his play session - mistake one was that I should have asked OH to lead him because he was a tad bolshy in the stable, and I'm still hobbling around on one crutch.
Second mistake was leading him in just his headcollar (no rope) which I do without issue every day normally!
When we got to the gate, Snip, who was already in there with another horse, came crashing over to us and tried to bite Rhythm....Rhythm took a few quick steps backwards (if I was able bodied, and/or had him on a ;ead rope then it would not have been an issue at all) and I had to let go of the headcollar.
Normally he would just stand there, but they've all got spring fever at the moment and he turned tail and legged it across the yard, bucking and skipping and squealing!
It took 3 people, and about 15 mins to finally corner and catch him, the little buger just kept cantering off like it was some sort of game!!!! lol
