Super pleased with little Ginny today. Her first time on the 80 acre XC schooling field. In fact first time ridden on grass with mini KP. The warm up was - erm - interesting. She was bucking and spinning and mini rearing. Instructor sent her off with me to do some figure 8s away from the others and calm her down a bit. When we actually started jumping she was fantastic - confident and willing. Jumped everything she was asked to, bless her.

Yep Somerford. Such a great venue. Very, very busy today with all the BE cancellations locally.

Yes they both did well. I wondered if it would be a very short session after the rather liveky warm-up but it was fine in the end x
