Couple of pictures of the boy :)

Rising 4, but quite slow to mature! He's still quite unbalanced in trot with me on board, I try to sit quietly and not interfere, is there anything else I can do? I don't think I should be trying to hold him together at this point? He's very well balanced on the lunge & long reining...

Anyone wondering whether to turn away for next winter, DO IT! He was a scatty pony with a short attention span, now he's so willing to work :) Had a couple of false starts because of the bloomin' weather and he's been teething badly but hopefully now we're up & running!

Would like some advice re the saddle please! It's a 16" saddle company GP saddle. Took me ages to track one down, and I love it. However I'm pretty sure I could use another half an inch? Someone said I might fair better in a dressage saddle? Wanting to primarily hack & show :)

Thank you for reading! I can offer....urrr..coco pops? :D

He's a lovely little chap :) at 4years, I just got my boy out looking at things, nothing serious.
With regards to the saddle , I think you could go up a size too, only as the last photo, your knee seems to go over the knee roll .
