my mum was talking about these and was just wondering whether anyone uses them and if/how effective they are and which you find best

There are many different types to choose from, depending on the horse. I actually take some myself (Star of Bethlehem) sometimes, and it does work quite well, but it doesn't work on some people.

I use these a lot. Am starting my horse on chestnut for his confidence and concentration.

I read about this in Your Horse. A reader had written in saying that Rock Rose helped her horse with fear of traffic. I was very interested in this and was going to give it a try as my horse panics when a vehicle comes up to him very fast ie over 20mph !

Would also like to know if anyone else had had any luck.

I went to Boots and picked it up - it does help a bit but have since resolved my issues with TFT instead! I bought the extra strong version!

i'm going to read up a bit more about them.
it was when we were moving yards my mum brought up about trying some resue remedy[as we didn;t know what she was like to load etc.]
found a site which had a listing about what works best for what..but didn;t know how effective it was.

Hi, I've used it on my horse that headshakes, which is made worse in the rain, I found it works well - I've also used it myself as a calmer
