My lad gets really bad travel sickness and I was looking at things I could try and help him with it. Someone suggested I tried the bach rescue remedy. Does anybody know what sort of dosage to give a dog of medium build? And what the best way to give it is? Oh and also how long before he travels I should give it to him?

Another suggestion I got was to try the sickness bands (like with humans). Any ideas where the pressure point for this is and how to keep the dog from pulling it off?!

Thanks in advance!

I found that rescue remedy will calm them down but not stop travel sickness. You should go to your vet and ask him what he suggests for travel sickness.
And just a warning if you go down the rescue remedy route that the chews and the spray have ingredents which are very toxic to dogs so go with the drops.

The only thing he could suggest to me was ginger (which we have tried and has failed) and travel sickness tablets for dogs but these are stupidly expensive! I have the drops but didn't know about the chews and sprays so thank you!
