Back from Uganda

Sorry this is totally non - horsey (well almost). Just got back from Uganda and had an AMAZING time. It truly is the most beautiful country and the safari was fantastic. Highly recommend a trip to you all! Only thing is I'm feeling the chill now I am back...

Glad you had a wonderful time.

I went on a riding safari in Botswana 9 years ago and that was a truly amazing experience. Galloping with herds of zebra and giraffe - amazing. We saw hippos too - fortunately they jumped out the water on the opposite bank to us and the horses!

Would love to go back.

I spent nine weeks last year on an overland trip from Cape town to Uganda, it was amazing, we tracked the mountain gorilla's in Biwindi national park and had a hour with them, they are so cool, the babies were playing all around us, was a great experience! Did a horseback safari in vic falls and saw a 10 day old baby elephant it was sooooo cute!
