Does anyone ride in a back or joint supports?

I am finding that riding is putting strain on my joints - mainly back/lower back and wrists/fingers.
I take painkillers and stretch before hand, but its not helping - and I get spasams in my back

I found that the lower back support from Aerborne really helped (along with the aid of a good physio), it really made riding and everyday jobs a lot more comfortable & managable & helped to make me sit and stand in the correct posture. Hope this helps and your back to normal soon
