My 4 y/o JR back legs appear to be spasming. I rang the vet and I can't do anything till about 9.30am. He reckons she might have slipped a disc??? Just looking for some reassurance.......very sad :(

Loads of vibes to you and your JRT, just keep him warm and reassure him. If it is a slipped disc I think the main treatment is pain relief and cage rest, hopefully he will soon feel better.

She's sitting in my lap as we speak. I did some googling, bad idea because the word sugery appeared and I just can't afford it if she needs it. I am heartbroken at the thought of having her to pts(I could barely type that). She's my best friend.

You won't have to have her PTS, there are plenty of charities who will help. Don't think the worse until you know whats wrong.

Good news! Tots is fine. I brought her to the vet and as soon as I brought her in she started walking again, vet wasn't 100% happy though and kept her in overnight. She has a small infection in her uterus which is being treated with antibiotics and anti inflamatries.
