Back Legs

Recently my horse has started to dislike me brushing the insides of her back legs. She throws her head and sticks her ears back and just generally tries to avoid me brushing them, this has only started since her winter coat has come through. I thought it might be that they get sweaty when shes ridden and when i sponge her off any sweat i have missed has dried and is uncomfortable when i come to brush her legs. Could this be why or does anyone have any ideas??

What brush are you using? Maybe its a bit too bristley or too tickley
