Today I went out to compete, significant for me, as the last time I was out a few weeks ago I had a freakish fall which hurt! So nervous and I kept thinking am I doing the right thing? My horse was such a good boy and he really tried for me, I felt we had a good partnership. What a relief to finish and gain, for us, a good score. Over 60 years old this was such a positive experience for me. Thank you to my lovely Boy xxx

Lovely well done! I too had a freak horrid fall and wasn’t feeling great about competing again, but it’s great when you know you have a horse that always does his best for you. Well done. X

my last but one horse was very unpredictable at shows....competed to a good level but often threw in death defying antics, and last horse unfortunately was PTS before i managed many shows so generally in my head i expect shows to be full of drama..........i cant tell you how nice its been with my new pony to be one of those safe people!!! i can chat to people, i can mooch round with no stirrups, i can concentrate on riding rather than not dying! I constantly tell him what a good egg he is :)
