Back Person... Costs???

If it's just me, it's about £70 I think. We usually have a shared callout with others on the yard and it drops to just over £60.
She is fully qualified with an excellent reputation. Call your vet and get a recommendation. There are loads of cronies out there!

The lady I use is £38.00 per horse and no call out. She was reccomended by my vets and she brings extra strong mints for all her customers.:)

i pay £35 for my adult horse and £15 for my youngster to get her used to having her back looked at and people touching her plus call out which is only £10.

We use Gemma Billington on our yard. Her costs are on a par with the ones quoted above. She is absolutely fantastic. Couldn't rate her highly enough, if you can get hold of her.

i pay £45 for my horses back treatments - she comes out 4 times a year unless i have a specific problem i want addressing - but *touch wood* for the last few appointments shes been find and just had a massage :)
well worth the money :)

Lady I use is local, qualified and costs £40 per horse. Probably be slightly less if two or more needed seen together. I value her work and she is really approachable when I ask 'silly' questions.

Lady I use is £45 which is a huge relief after the last one I used who charged £120 to tell me my horse was fine (he was most certainly not fine :p)

Our McTimoney guy was £50 per horse when he came out last week (we had 2 done). Don't think his price has changed much over the years. Although if the horse does not need any treatment which sometimes mine has not, he will do a basic sort of massage only and it will be cheaper.

Had our back lady out this week and she charges between £45-£50 depending on what needs doing, how long she's there etc... but never more than £50. Juggles the prices a bit if there's more than 1 horse to do too. She' a qualified chiro and physio and was great with my girl so well worth the money :-)
