Back Person Recommendations? (Home Counties)

I'm looking for a back person (for the horses) having decided to switch from the one I have been using for several years.

Before I embark on the minefield that is trying to find a good practitioner, I was hoping some of you may be able to recommend someone that you already know.

Herts/Beds/Essex/Cambs/Bucks area.

Anna Johnson is a very good equine and human physio in the Bucks area I think. You should be able to find her details if you google 'Anna Johnson and Associates'.
 
I have been using a Shiatsu practitioner for a number of years now and she has got some amazing results for me (she does my back as well!) Thistle on here uses her as well as I know she recommended her as well as me to someone a while back. pm me if you want her contact details - I would give it a try!
 
I heartily recommend Fiona Dowdell, based in Bucks. She has helped me with all of my horses. She is brilliant, has a lovely manner with horses and people, and really makes a difference. She also listens to the owner and watches the horse move. It still amazes me that some practitioners seem to be able to use psychiatry to determine a physical problem!!!!
 
I would also recomend Anna Johnsohn and team, all brilliant!! Would prop help you get a few more replies if you say which sort off back person you would prefer, ie, physio, Chriopracter etc... As there is such a broad range really, I know I would prefer a physio and would reccomnd Anna's team! (for equine and human, just got back from a treatment actualy)
 
Another one who would recommend Anna Johnson and team! Always get good results for my horses, although as another suggestion, ask your vet who they would recommend in your area?

Jumpinbeckey, I'm not sure - have always had a 'back person!' I think the 2 I've used before have been Osteos but I would be open to suggestions. No actual problems per se, but I like to get them looked at regularly.

yet another recommendation for Anna Johnson and her team. I was working on Georgie Davies' yard in the summer and she was there doing several horses, was very impressed. I've got Val (who is one of anna's associates at the practice) coming to do Billy on Tuesday.
