I am looking to purchase a back protector for myself, I have a terrible back and suffer daily with it... I believe the magnetic one's are great but would like to know from those that have one.
or are there any other types that I should try?.

Thanks :)

not heard about them, I'm trying to research any of them and looking on tinterweb this evening.

Well I say magnetic, but it's the armadillo one or maybe the prolite one's... blue and black?..

I haven't heard of magnetic BP's so would be interested in know more as well.

I have a Racesafe which I LOVE!!! Kan's are supposed to be really good too.

This, love Racesafe!! I found it quite bulky at first, but looking back on it, it really isn't! Very comfy though. And am interested to hear about magnetic BPs! xx

Blue and black prolites... do you mean the back support rather than a body protector?

Body protector wise another vote for racesafe

Im also looking for a back support, as I have musle problems with my lower back and think one might help me to remember to sit up and straight (a bit like my back support on my office chair!)

I like the look of the prolite one as its not neoprene and doesnt look like it has any hard sections in it - But I have been advised not to wear one every day/time you ride as it prevents the musles from working/getting stronger

oe I'm down to my goal weight I'm going to be getting a recesafe. I like that on I think it was tree house, not sure if anywhere else does it, they will do a made to measure service, great as i'm hugely top heavy!

There are so many different makes of BP out there, it will depend on your shape and length as to which one fits you best. Many of them come in different widths and back lengths, so please take some time and visit your local saddlery to have one fitted by someone who has been properly trained. Good luck.
