Back Supports

Which back supports do you find the most effective as a really need to get one now.
i am getting drawn to the prolite.

the prolite is brilliant. can't recommend it highly enough.
for e.g. i managed to pull my back muscles about a week ago, the obliques were really hurting intermittently. with 5 horses and no help, total rest not an option. wore prolite for a few days for support, now absolutely fine again. it makes you sweat a little underneath it, but at least that proves it's keeping the muscles really warm. get one!

I must be doing something wrong, mine ended up like a corset, half way up my back and pushing my boobs up under my chin. Oops.
