Hi all
I am hoping some of you on here will be able to recommend a good back support.
I have tweaked my back and have to work, it's sore and I just want to protect it whilst lifting and carrying, I must get back into doing some yoga regularly to protect it long term.
I had acupuncture on Friday and didn't think to ask about supports.
So does anyone have any suggestions for a good back support for woman, back pain is sort of lower mid back pain that becomes sharp when I push or take weight through my left leg mainly?
Pretty coloured eggs on offer for any who got this far, I am supposed to be baking but have gone down the black hole of the Internet instead.
Thank you.

Ouchies to the tweaked back.

I have had good results with the Back on Track back brace worn all day for a few days.

Do you have a Decathlon store near you? If so, they have a good selection of back supports - I seem to remember they were in their weight lifting dept (!), but there were several different styles and the one I bought was very good, and great value.

Unfortunately not the nearest is 4 hrs away, we are in the far north so not much up here which is a shame as I would have ideally liked to have tried it on
