Well as above still searching for the horse, found 'the one' last week arranged to go back for a 2nd try on the weekend, offered a small deposit but the owner didnt want one, owner put me back till Mon due to commitments and then received a text saying she had sold the horse. Gutted as he was perfect and just what i was looking for........so im back to trawling the usual horsey for sale sites!!
So if anyone knows of a - SANE & SENSIBLE ALLROUNDER 15'2 -16'1hh to hack out in company / alone and continue my lessons, im a lightweight lady 5ft 7'' so ideally something 15'2 -16'1hh preferably ID X, Cob X, Connie X definately no pure TB's (My preferance so please dont hate me for it!!). Need something that is sensible on the roads and relatively sane definitely NO rearing / bucking / napping. Horse will be used for some schooling, hacking and to continue my lessons. I am not looking for an all singing all dancing superstar, just something that is calm, has a personality and enjoys human company.
Horse will be kept at local small (10 horses) yard with all year round turnout, horse would be subject to vetting, let me know!!
