i knew ria was being too well behaved to bring back into work after a few months off....i was so right!

how i managed to stay on i'll never know! she was just bouncing away whilst i clung on for dear life with one stirrup!

i have made a video with the footage my mum managed to get - hope it entertains you for a few minutes!

Lol I know the feeling my 4 yo boy has just come back into work after a month off, we have 2 weeks walking, then 2 weeks walk and trot currently have a week of just walk left. For the first 4 days he was fab, then cue some idiot(my OH) turning our other baby out in the field next to menage, boy went mad bucking and broncing, managed to pull him up and we were walking quietly around for a bit longer and he noticed 2 pigeons just sitting on the fence, it was too much for him off he went again. I was quite amused but worried in case he made his leg worse but seems to not be too bad still just a bit short which I think is too be expected.

Here hoping your girl has her sensible head on next time lol and well done for staying on.

Btw she is very pretty :)

oh the joys of bringing sharp young horses back into work! Ria has a bad leg too and is still slightly lame on it. i was so worried about her but she didnt seem bothered in the slightest!
