As per post pls, any recommendations for someone who would start a rising 4yo. Must have access to daily turnout and get horse established in basics and hacking out - can take as long as it takes. He already accepts saddle & bridle, and lunges quietly in walk. I've laid over him with no bother.
Or someone who would come to me a few times a week even.
