Please could anyone recommend a bacterial based probiotic, that does NOT contain a yeast ?

For various (allergic) reasons, it looks as thought the yeasts may be causing an issue for my horse, but he does need a probiotic!
Thanks.

I use Equimins Inner Balance. I'm not totally sure it doesn't contain yeast, but it doesn't say it does. Worth checking it out and asking them if it contains yeast.

Thank you.......have any of you used any of these products, and if so, was it for a particular problem, or just as a general digestive support?.

I've used proequo several times. First time was alongside other supplements for treatment of possible hind gut problems, and subsequent times has been after a course of antibiotics.

What we did notice is that horse stops being girthy after a course of proequo, which makes us think she has some gut discomfort. However it's quite expensive so not an option to keep her on it long term. Now we just use as and when needed.
