bad back!

does anyone have experience of damaging their back due to a new saddle? Changed saddle and have dressage girth which has to be very tight due to treeless saddle, think i have overstreched but in loads of pain and been told by phsio not to ride. Feel better then ride then back to sqaure one. Unfortunate coincidence, girth related or saddle? Can't work out now if saddle is doing this?

Help any horse riding phsios, osteos etc out there?

Which make of treeless saddle? In theory it should be better for your back, not make it worse, unless your horse is very crooked?

total saddle solutions. Love the saddle i tried, this one feels different. Think i did it tightening the girth on the ground, but every time i ride gets worse. Think it just aggravates it but makes me worry as happened at same time i tried new saddle!
