Just wanting views on this really...
I have had a bad back for few years now after prolapsing a disc, and it's still extreamly bad, I am currently under going physio and now due to see spinal specialist.
I really want to have another horse like you wouldn't believe, but without my back being better then I don't see me getting new one in the future, as I wouldnt want to put horse's back out and then cost loads in their physio aswell as mine again..etc etc..
So those with bad backs how do you cope on daily basis, since I dont have horse anymore and even when I did have them I struggled on and on as my animals needed attending to.
Do you wear back supports with everything you do? how does it effect your abilities to ride, muck out etc, as i'm thinking of when and if I do get new horse to put it on part livery to help ease the pressure my back would have mucking out etc...
Thanks peeps
oh and if you know anyone that would like to help re-do my signature that would be excellent too
