I picked up my friend in Slough today & went to look at a house in Stoke Poges. On the way back we decided to look at a field which is for auction in Burnham....so we went via the lanes. We know the lanes very well, some are single track & you often meet horses on them. So lo & behold we come behind two adults in an excercise cart being pulled by a section B or similar. Turn out was brilliant, High viz on everything. hat covers, tabards, leg wraps etc.
BUT......neither of them glanced behind once, the driver was contantly waving the whip at the poor pony (who was walking) & they were chatting away weaving all over the lane.
We got to a junction, neither glanced behind, no signal & carried on.
Next junction (on a wider road B now).....blind bend & they are on the wrong side of the road (still no signal so I stopped)
Narrowly missed by a car turning into the road...but I don't think they realised how close it was.....then they turn right.
Not so much as a raise of the hand to thank me for my patience over the last 10 minutes.

If perchance the lady or gent involved recognise themselves.....OPEN YOUR BLOOMING EYES & EARS & give the poor pony a break.

This is my 1st instance of bad "driving"....always found people much more considerate in the past.

That would have annoyed me too, but i get awful road rage to be fair, would never have arguement with someone but would swear to my hearts content and perhaps throw my hand in the air in the privacy of my own car! lol
sounds like they need to learn their highway code and some basic manners
