Hi Everyone.
I am a strong and firm believer in Freezemarking, I have had all my animals done over the years and always had perfect results.
Until now. My last three were done 20 months ago. Unfortunately, one has one 'duff' figure and another has two. I was far too ill to contact the company within the twelve months to get it redone for free, but am perfectly willing to pay. Experience tells me it is well worth it.
I have contacted the Co that did the freezemark with no response, so contacted the other company. I can get no response from either of the two big companies.
I was just wondering what, if any, options I have, as one is so bad it is pointless, it is simply not showing even with the hair closely trimmed and in summer coat.
Any advice/suggestions please.
