Bad leg injury...., The next stage...

Hi every one if you dont already know my horse had an awful leg injury on some wire 2 weeks ago we thought it wolu be weeks even monthes till she would be going out but on fri the vet came to dress it againg and i asked her for some advice on equita,s depression as her coat has gone dull and theres was no sparkle any moor and the vet said im so pleased with the way it,s healing you can turn her out 2morrow yiiiipppppeeeeeeee so she has been out all week end in a small paddock but loved every moment she is back to her old cheeky ways bless her they said that in 2 weeks after hydrotherepy i can take her for short rides if it,s kept covered so happpyyyy
 
I think it looked worse than it was really it dose still look very nasty and it is going to scar but amazingly she is 100%sound so fingers crossed now we can go from strength to strength xx

Was your's stitched? My 2 yr old caught her hock in wire about the same time as yours. Her cut was nowhere near as bad as yours but was stitched and will also leave a scar. she's not allowed out until friday. Fingers crossed they dont do it again.
 
Thanks everyone will attach some more pics on thurs, Farria is coming today to take off her shoes ready for hydrotherepy on fri ,she only going to be there for 2weeks i hope then straight to new yard which will be dawnting for her.....yeah she had stitches they came out last wensday and the flap of skin which is dying they r going to let it shrink rather than cut it off xx
