Daughter and I were riding in one of our paddocks at the weekend when field neighbour came up only to find hers had trashed her electric fencing which was being used to keep them off of the better grass. Anyhow she got a lunge whip and what can only be described as an unleashing of her temper proceeded to make her 3 gallop all around her field (I think it was a punishment for breaking the electric fence).
She could see my young daughter was riding along the seperating fence line but continued to drive her lot into a frenzy with bucking, kicking and much much galloping and hairing around.
I was fuming as although daughters pony was ok she did have a couple of spooks and we felt it was imposible to continue schooling.
After getting off and starting to remove their tack, neighbour left the field.
Do you think she was bang out of order like I do, or should she be able to do just as she pleases in her own paddock with no consideration for others safety
