Just had a phonecall from the farmer that we rent the land from, He said that next year we can only have half of what we have now, because he is planning on buying some cows!

There will not be enough grazing for all my horses and all other grazing land has been taken up.
We have to rehome Cleo one of our ponies, she came from Bodmin 4 years ago wild, she is loads better now, she will be lead, have feet done etc etc but will never be able to be rode. We have had a lovely foal out her which we now use as our driving pony, and she may be in foal again.

Can anyone suggest anything for Cleo as i relly do not want her to be sold on and on etc until she could fall in the wrong hands. She is such a sweet pony that is a brilliant companion.

She is from bodmin moor on her passport it says native cross.

Im going to try some rescue centres as she will be in her care for the rest of her life all homes will be checked prior to rehoming. I have this fear that she will end up going for meat!
Fingers crossed they can help. I would keep her in livery but there is no spaces around here apart from one yard and its full livery only.

Yep told him this, but he still wants half of the land back, im trying to contact local parish council (if they ever answer the phone) to see if they have a bit of grazing land, we have use of another field but its only suitable for summer as it gets boggy in the winter, going to try everything i can think of.
