Badminton fun ride logistics help please!

Hi all!
So the date has been announced (Sunday 28th September) and a few of us are hoping to go, but distance means we'll have to head up the day before. Us humans can stay in the lorry, but can anyone recommend somewhere we can overnight the horses please? I've done a web search but I'm not on fb, and not sure if that's where all this info is!

Also, if anyone has any tips on best time slots or anything else they think will help our day, I'd really appreciate it!!

I'm about 2-2.5 hours away, and wondering along similar lines, would love to do it before she gets too old!
Not sure wether would be better to make one long day or stay overnight, so also v interested in what others do and what options are out there.

Thank you - I'm not on fb but is she the same Tina Myles from Badminton Sports Horses? Would be a small world if it wasn't, but want to check!
