In april im going to badminton and i guess quite a few of you guys are too, ive never been but i heard the shopping villiage is always really good,
i dont have my own horse so i would only buy things for me e.g. hoodies, polo shirts gloves etc

Someone who has been how much do you think i should take? and does anyone no how much a badminton hoodie was last year?

take lots of money, the village is enormous, i spent over £200 last year and still saw things i wanted!

I ended up spending £110 last year, I only went into the village for a wander round, nothing specific, came out with a pair of boots and a hoody.

Lots of bargains to be had

i promise you will spend a fortune! One year I came away with a new bridle, rug and boots, the next I came back with a horse!

me and a mate are camping down there, so we've put a plan together that we'll sscope out the village for what we want, then wait for the last day after the SJ, then whip round and, fingers crossed, get everything for next to nothing!

Take lots and lots of money, you will spend it straight away!
(I've never spent under £100)
I have been every year, since 2 months old (except the year it was cancelled due to foot and mouth) and I always get excited.
I'm only 30mins drive away or I can stay at a friend who is 10mins away which means so much more shopping time!!

We have a trade stand there and even though we can only escape to do shopping for a few minutes here and there I always end up spending lots

I go every year but just for xc day, I am camping for the first time so will be posting on her closer to the event to see what goes on at camp site and some advice etc

im so excited I love it,

Usually take a huge picnic as food can be expensive (more money for shopping then)

lots of stands take cards now so I just use my card at those stands and keep the cash for ones that dont.
