It looked a hard fall, quite flat on her back rather than rolling. They will definitely be exercising caution incase there's any head/neck/back injuries.
I would think it depends on the exact situation, but in Dee's case, she went head over heels and landed flat on her back. This means her momentum was stopped almost instantly and would be quite jarring on her body.
Had she gone off sideways, chances are she would have rolled, and the energy would had dissipated over more time and been less intense. Hope that makes sense?

I have a broken one too - I managed to get up really early to do her and get to the feed shop before it started but I have a full days work to do today and haven't achieved very much
