Evening all, first time visit to Bafminton this year and am very much looking forward to the shopping! Can anyone tell me if it tends to be cheaper than most RRPs? Any advice appreciated!

i find it varies on what it is!
ive said ill try stuff i like on then try and find it cheaper on the net.
some people i went with reckoned it got cheaper the last day but stock is normally low or sizes/colours u dnt want. and didnt find the prices any different

the best bargains can be found buying 'last years' items - as per usual!
My advice would be - if you want something specific, find the best price online and keep that in mind whilst walking around.

If you dont need anything specifically - then walk away before you buy it - Traders are not silly, the prices will rarely be anything more than 10 to 5 pounds different! - and walking away may give you some 'thinking' time.

Badminton shopping fever has struck us all!!! :D Good luck and enjoy

Oh! and if you can manage it - HAGGLE - for a sale (esp on SJ day) they will sell it to you just to save packing it up again!

We always go on the showjumping day, do a full circuit of the the stalls first only buying what we MUST have, then go around after lunch and haggle like hell as they are all starting to wind down! Got some fab bargins last year!
Also we employed the flirting tactic and hunted down the male assistants to buy from; and if there were only female staff we sent in the OH with strict instructions lol!
TBH there are some good deals but you just have to be a bit cheeky and have a good dig through the stock.... AND if you don't REALLY REALLY need it, leave it until the end of the day and see if they are willing to lower the price or have any further reductions :)
Hope this helps a bit!
