I got so excited that the cross country was on the red button until I saw the date

I have signed up for Badminton TV and have followed the instructions on the e ticket. but when I log in I can't access anything except the course walk and the Price yard visit, nothing else is coming up except a banner telling me to sign up. Anyone else having problems or am I missing something?

Caught the tail end of the trot up.

Can confirm that at 6pm at a campsite 10 miles away the rain is absolutely hammering it down, like it was for the later horses at the trot up.
