Badminton wait list

Been a while since we've only seen 14 on the wait list - wonder why? Lot of new names rather than old faithful brits.

I think that 4*s have become a bit of a specialist market. Many horses now are aimed at the competitive CIC 3*s such as the ERM series where there's good prize money and you can run multiple times through a series. Most countries are sending these 3* horses to the championships so I suspect the increased risk of injury and silly mistake at the hard 4*s is not really worth it for many horses.

He’s bound to with 14 - but will need to be kept wrapped in cotton wool!

He’s a big horse and he is run very lightly!
