Bag of nerves.....

Can someone please explain to me how I am going to cope today.
I won't know anything about how Alee's scintigraphy has gone until after 5pm and I really don't think that my nerves will stand up to it.
I keep bursting into tears and every time the phone rings I jump.
I just hope I can last till this aftrenoon. They will hopefully call me this morning to let me know how she was overnight.
Please please everyone keep your fingers firmly crossed that the prognosis is a good one.

Big hugs - I've had to do that wait to and its horrendus.

My recommendations are either whiskey with your cornflakes, sleep until just before 5 or maybe some kalms/rescue remedy.

Seriously though...
If you aren't working can you immerse yourself in something you've been putting off for ages (i.e cleaning the car, sorting through 'that' draw that most people seem to have somewhere in the house where things go in but rarely come out again - or sorting through rugs for the winter..)

Have been there several times and it's still horrible. Worst was waiting for Mac to get back up after his op.

I am working for a few hours today so hopefully that will take my mind off things. The nurse has just called to say that Alee settled well after I left and had a good night. She has spent the morning giving the nurses kisses ( so like her ). They have put her IV line in and she was as good as gold
( that shows the vet that said she was a dangerous horse, but thats another story probably not appropriate for the forum!!!!)
I should hear late this afternoon how the scintigraphy went.

I know exactly how you feel- Bailey is having his suspensory ligament scanned this afternoon and I am a wreck. Have been sick all morning
