Baileys feeds cash back vouchers

Over the last few months myself and several other liveries have saved these "cashback" vouchers from baileys horse feed bags. We all sent the vouchers off together with a promise off "cash back" in the form of a cheque.

I sent some off in December and got a cheque for the amount sent plus one or two pounds, great.

Ive now recieved the reply from the last lot of vouchers and they now have sent a "voucher" for another baileys product instead of the cashback as promised. due to the overwhelming demand.

Can they do this?? None of us are still using baileys feeds or any feed at all due them going out on grass. We bought the feeds at the time with the added bonus of cash back and now have vouchers we cant use??

Yep they can!

The original dead line for the cash back vouchers was 31st December 2010.

They then extended it to 31st March 2011 (hardly told anyone) I threw out loads! Typical!!!!

It was in the small print! They could change/amend at anytime they like and you sending them in was acceptance of this!

I sent some off in time for the 31/3 deadline & got a voucher back as I hadn't sent enough for the cashback offer (I sent 6 c b vouchers & was happy with £3 voucher off another bag) I've now got more feed bags with vouchers on them but the 'closing date' still says 31/12! Where did you discover that they can be sent in until end July?
