Those whom saw my thread earlier, have looked at baileys no.4 and seems to do what i need ,

Non heating although keeps weight and condition on?

Experiences? Or anything you could recommend like it?

I have been using it on my mare for about a month it seems really good her condition has improved and she has still remained sane...she is quite fizzy as a rule so this is good. Tried Allen and Page Calm and Condition as this also seems to be highly recommended, this did seem to make her a bit hot:eek:

I do find that it is rather hard to get hold of but have just requested that a local feed store just keeps ordering a couple of bags a time for me.

I used it on my late mare and it turned her into devil horse!! It really did spark her up, it's 26% starch.
The spillers condition cubes are 20% starch so bit less.
My girl did best on oat and barley free mix which is a high energy and calorie performance mix but with only 12% starch and it is oats, barley and molasses free. Amazing feed, she looked wonderful but it is made by Falcon feeds and their nearest supplier to me is way to far :(.
Otherwise Baileys outshine and Saracen equijewel are good as is the Saracen releve which is also a performance feed with 12% starch :).
