Hoping to get a bit of advice.
I got my 14 yr old mare a year ago and since then i have just hacked her out. She came from a home where she had just been backed and not even hacked out.
I have just started schooling her and she obviously finds it difficult to balance around the corners. She tries to evade trotting on the track and can drop her shoulder at a drop of a hat.
Any advice on what i can do to help her. I do a lot of transitions already and there is some improvement but anything else i could do?
She is a very clever girl and always tries her hardest to get things right.
