Balancers - Hard feed or supplement?

Would you class a feed balancer as a hard feed or a supplement?

I would say a balancer such as Pink Powder is a supplement, but one in pellet form eg Blue Chip could be classed as a feed.....

I call anything like Suregrow, Lo-Cal, Gro'n'Win, Blue Chip as hard feed because they are pelleted and are fed as either all or part of the ration.
Supplements are either powder or liquid used in minute quantities (compared to the feed) although something like Formulae4Feet is also a supplement (although you can feed it alone if need be) even if it is pelleted.

Hard feed. It does what hard feeds (such as mixes/cubes) are aiming to do, just in a smaller concentrated quantity.
